How It Works
Mangala Nakatha combines a secure member profile, package-based proposal access, payment approval, AI-assisted matching and WhatsApp support to guide members from registration to genuine introductions.
1. Choose your membership
Select Normal, VIP Regular or VIP Premium. Your package determines the proposal catalogue you can access, the verification requirements that apply and the level of matching support available to you.
2. Register and create your matrimonial profile
Verify your mobile number, create your account and complete the information needed for matching, including your age or birth details, profession, residence, family information, partner preferences and other relevant profile details.
3. Complete payment and required verification
Upload your payment evidence for review. Where your package requires it, submit the requested identity or profession verification. Your membership and eligible proposal access are activated after the required checks are approved.
4. AI-assisted matching begins
The Mangala Nakatha AI system uses the information already available in your profile, partner preferences, membership package and current WhatsApp conversation to identify eligible proposals. It follows the same package and privacy rules enforced by the server and does not invent payment, profile or contact information.
5. Receive and review matching proposals on WhatsApp
The AI-assisted WhatsApp service can present suitable proposals, continue from previous conversations without repeatedly asking for known details, and help you move through the matching process. When you show interest in a proposal, the system follows the applicable introduction and approval flow before protected contact information is shared.
6. Continue introductions with AI and human support
For paid members, AI-supported WhatsApp proposal matching continues during the applicable one-month service period. The system can provide further eligible suggestions and follow up on active matching conversations, while the Mangala Nakatha customer-service team remains available for payment, profile, verification and service assistance.
