1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a matrimonial membership account. You may register for yourself or, where the service permits, assist an adult family member or other adult with their knowledge and consent.

2. Accurate information

You must provide information that is truthful, current and not misleading. You are responsible for the profile information, documents, contact details, preferences and statements submitted through your account. Impersonation, fraudulent documentation and intentionally false matrimonial information are prohibited.

3. Membership packages and access

Features and catalogue access depend on the package selected and the membership status. Normal, VIP Regular and VIP Premium may have different access, verification and support features. VIP Regular access is limited to VIP Regular and VIP Premium proposals; Normal-customer contact details are protected from VIP Regular members.

4. Fees, website access and WhatsApp AI service

The applicable package fee and features are shown when you select a package. Access remains pending until payment evidence is reviewed and approved. After approval, the member proposal/profile remains active on the Mangala Nakatha website without a package expiry date. AI-supported WhatsApp proposal suggestions and paid matching are provided for one month from activation. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, membership does not create an automatic recurring subscription.

5. Payment evidence and review

You are responsible for submitting genuine payment information and an accurate amount/reference. Mangala Nakatha may approve, reject or request clarification of a payment receipt. Any refund or payment-dispute request is considered according to the circumstances, service status and applicable law.

6. Profile review and publication

Profiles may be reviewed before publication. Mangala Nakatha may request corrections, reject content, temporarily hide a profile or suspend publication when information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with service rules. Review or verification does not guarantee the truth of every claim made by a member.

7. Contact details and privacy

You must use contact information obtained through Mangala Nakatha only for genuine matrimonial communication. Scraping, publishing, selling, forwarding, bulk messaging or using another member’s contact details for unrelated marketing or harassment is prohibited.

8. Proposals and conduct

Use proposal, reply, messaging and calling features respectfully. Harassment, threats, abusive content, discrimination intended to harm another person, sexual exploitation, scams, spam and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited. Members should stop contact when another person clearly asks them to do so.

9. Verification badges and checks

An identity or profession verification status indicates that specified material was reviewed according to the service process. It is not a guarantee of compatibility, character, financial status, employment continuity, marital history or future conduct. Members remain responsible for their own due diligence.

10. Third-party and family-assisted proposals

Where Mangala Nakatha provides a third-party proposal or family-assisted feature, the sender must have a genuine reason to make the introduction and must not misuse another person’s personal information. The receiving member decides whether to respond.

11. Account suspension and termination

Mangala Nakatha may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, misuse of contact data, abusive conduct, security risk, payment abuse, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms.

12. Service availability

We aim to keep the website and communication services available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting problems, internet outages, WhatsApp/Meta platform changes or third-party service failures may temporarily affect features.

13. Personal decisions and safety

Mangala Nakatha provides a platform for matrimonial introductions; it does not guarantee a match, marriage or outcome. Members and families are responsible for independent verification, safe communication, meetings, financial decisions and relationship choices. Never send money to another member merely because they appeared on the platform.

14. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Mangala Nakatha name, website design, software and service content are protected by applicable rights. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or commercially exploit the service except where permitted by law or written authorization.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when packages, features, laws or service processes change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the service will be governed by the current published Terms, subject to applicable law.
